When a new patient is added in Advanced MD, Dropbox Sign automatically sends electronic intake and consent forms for signature. Completed forms are then stored in the patient's file within Advanced MD. Electronic Prescription Authorization:

When a prescription is generated in Advanced MD, a request for electronic signature is automatically sent via Dropbox Sign to the prescribing physician. Once signed, the authorization is uploaded back into Advanced MD, streamlining the prescription process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Contract and Agreement Management:

When new service agreements or contracts are created in Advanced MD, Dropbox Sign automatically sends them to the appropriate parties for electronic signature. Upon completion, signed documents are stored in the relevant patient's record or contract management system within Advanced MD. This automation ensures timely execution and secure storage of critical agreements.
